A remarkable 86% of our employees surveyed reported feeling engaged and positive about their work. Even more impressive, 97% of respondents would recommend Knightcorp as a great workplace, and 92% said they feel proud to work here. These figures are extraordinary for any industry but are especially rare in the insurance sector.

Culture Amp benchmarks companies with a staff satisfaction rating of 84% or higher as being in the top 10% of employers across all industries. Knightcorp’s outstanding results place us in that elite group, competing with companies in tech and other sectors known for their employee benefits.
