RCC - Meet our Knight-Riders News Meet Hayden "For the Glory" Doyle, one of our awesome Knight-Riders who will be taking on the Ride to Conquer Cancer this October; Why do you want to be a part of the Ride to Conquer Cancer? I chose to be a part of the Ride to Conquer Cancer because Cancer is a disease that I know has affected so many people and I saw this as a great opportunity to contribute to a great cause. How often do you ride? I recently tore my cruciate ligament so I ride 3 times a week in the gym as part of my rehab program. What are you most worried about doing this 200km ride? My biggest worry is probably my knee falling apart half way to Pinjarra How are you training / preparing for this ride? I am preparing by sticking to my rehab program to help keep me fit and by physically ready for the challenge How do you think the Knight-Riders will go as a group? If they are able to keep up with me they will be doing very very well. On a more serious note we are a great team and work together well at the office so if this transcends onto the road to Pinjarra I’m quite confident we will smash it! Good Luck Hayden! We hope that knee holds out for you! Contribute to this history-making event with a donation to Hayden. Funds raised in The MACA Ride to Conquer Cancer® will support ground-breaking, critical cancer research being undertaken at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research, Western Australia’s premier adult medical research institute, investigating the genetic and environmental causes of a range of diseases.
